The A1Flexus Guardian Gateways are a family of network computing devices that are ideally suited to meet the rapidly evolving demands of remote computing. The model 2700 is the entry level desktop gateway and is suitable for small businesses that need only a maximum of 10 concurrent users.
Management & Availability
A 128-bit SSL encrypted web-based management tool is provided to create, edit and manage users, monitor active user connections, view historical user connections and audit files, change network settings, reboot and shutdown the gateway. The hardened network operating system averages uptimes of 6-9 months before any sort of reboot is required. Because of the reliability that is inherent in the design, the Guardian provides a highly available solution for remote users that is much more reliable than VPN based solutions for remote users.
